When you make a purchase, those details will be automatically entered in our warranty database. This is because any parts you purchase online from B&C Ecom LLC may be covered under our Limited Warranty. 

Should a part fail on a purchase made from B&C Ecom LLC (“The Company”), the customer may return that part to us for a replacement within the warranty period shown on the original packing slip. All returns must include the original packing slip as proof of purchase. This Limited Warranty excludes parts that have been damaged by misuse, abuse, improper installation, or other faulty parts. This warranty on replacement parts shall cover the longer of either: 1.) the unused portion of the original warranty, or 2.) 90 days.

This Limited Warranty expires 12 months from the date of purchase and represents the full liability provided by The Company for any parts or products. The Company makes no additional warranties, express or implied, including warranty of fitness or merchantability for a particular purpose. The Company shall not be held liable for any damages including special, indirect, incidental, or consequential with the only exception being for purchases made by customers residing in a state that does not allow limitations on the length of warranty or exclusion or limitation on consequential or incidental damages. The customer may also, in addition to the rights given under this warranty, have additional rights depending on the state in which they reside.

All parts sold by The Company are covered by this Limited Warranty except those mentioned above. Warranty length may vary depending on the part purchased. Detailed below is a list of all parts covered under our Limited Warranty along with the length of coverage provided.
